The Open Championship returns to Northern Ireland next week for the first time since 1951, and NBC Sports Group will be providing 410 hours of programming for those tuning in stateside – including 49 hours of live TV coverage.
Also scheduled for the year’s final major next week is 200 hours of TV programming and 210 hours of online streaming, which contains featured holes and marquee groupings.
Beginning Monday, July 15 at 9 AM ET, Golf Central’s “Live From The Open” will provide viewers with 70 hours of news coverage from the year’s final major, while Golf Channel will also offer “Midnight Drive” – a special 90-minute live pre-game show (Midnight-1:30 AM ET Thursday) which will take you right up to the opening tee shot of the event from Royal Portrush.
