Disgusting incidents of eve-teasing, men masturbating in front of women on public transport have seen a rise. Another man was arrested on Friday night for shamelessly masturbating in front of a 22-year-old woman on a DTC bus in Kapashera area of south-west Delhi.
The accused has been identified as 45-year-old Kishandutt Pandey and he allegedly did the act on bus route number 543. Pandey unzipped his pant and started masturbating while the complainant seating beside him.
