Keith Lee In-Ring Promo
Keith Lee makes his way out as his music sounds in the arena and the fans raise to their feet cheering. Lee makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring, hyping the fans in the audience as he paces the ring. Fans chanting, “All bask in his glory! All bask in his glory!”
The number one contender starts speaking into the mic, saying the end of The crowd once again starts chanting, “All bask in his glory!” Lee says, “You have reached your limit, while I am… limitless. Next week I will prove that when I become North American champion and prove that…” Interrupted by The Undisputed Era. All four members begin attacking Lee.
Lee quickly counters and fights off all the members of The Undisputed Era, finally they get the upper hand, locking a chair around the ankle of Keith Lee. Ciampa makes his way out to defend Keith Lee, The Undisputed Era scurry out of the ring. Lee makes his way to the feet with the help of Ciampa, injured. The Undisputed Era trying to make sure Lee doesn’t make it to next week’s match up.
Finn Balor vs. Johnny Gargano coming four weeks from today is announced.
Women’s Championship #1 Contender Battle Royale announced for later tonight.
Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic First Round Match:
Pete Dunne & Matt Riddle vs. Flash Morgan Webster & Mark Andrews
Out first is Pete Dunne as he makes his way to the stage, awaiting his tag-team partner, Matt Riddle. The fans can be heard chanting “Bro! Bro! Bro!” at The BroserWeights. (This bout is one of the final first round matches for the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament.) Both men make their way down the ramp and enter the ring together, posing in the center of the ring as the crowd cheers. Out next is the tag-team duo of Webster and Andrews as they make their way down the ramp and join their awaiting opponents in center of the ring. The match is officially announced as the bell rings and the match begins.
All four men are in the ring to start off the first bout of the evening, both tag-team duos facing off as the referee attempts to get things organized to where only two of the fighters remain in the ring. The tag-team partner of each legal man exits the ring to their corners as we go to commercial, (Mauro unintentionally refers to Webster and Andrews as the “Grizzled Young Veterans”, who will be fighting later tonight). As we come back from commercial, we see that Flash Morgan Webster escapes the grasp of Riddle, at the same time we see a Springboard by Andrews onto Pete Dunn to take control of the match.
Mark Andrews doesn’t let up as he shows major agility, flipping, rolling, and finally low-bridging Dunn out of the ring. Both Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews begin running towards the ropes as they jump side by side for a high flying flip over the top rope onto a stunned Webster and Dunn who were still making their way back to their feet on the outside of the ring. The crowd clearly approve of the this move as they begin chanting, “NXT! NXT! NXT!” Both teams head back into the ring. Webster wastes no time as his opponent Dunn steps into the ring, where Webster begins to throw a few good hits followed by a hopeful quick pin two count.
A mighty right for the counter, as Dunn flips off the ropes looking to take back control of this match-up. Back Elbow by Dunn on Andrews in retaliation. A Suplex followed by a boot to the face as Riddle finally tags in Dunn. Incredible Pace in this match up. Webster saves the day as Dunn attempts to pin Andrews. A Double Foot Stomp on the ankle of Andrews. Dunn slowing the pace down with an Ankle Lock. Andrews reaching for the rope, unable to reach as he’s in the center of the ring. Andrews finally escapes as he rolls over Dunn and gets to his feet once again. Andrews counters on Dunn as we go to commercial, both men reaching for the tag to their partners.
Webster takes out Riddle and Dunn with a Moonsault as we return from commercial and rejoin this tag-team match-up. Flash Morgan Webster with a Swanton Bomb off the top turnbuckle onto Riddle and Dunn who are standing together on the outside of the ring. Riddle gets back to his feet as he gathers his bearings, following up with a counter in-ring. Webster and Andrews retaliate to keep control. The crowd chants, “Tag-team wrestling!” A Spear by Matt Riddle on Webster, then a second Spear on Andrews. Riddle dominating during his time in the ring, getting a quick roll up, to no avail with a two count. Dunn anxious to get back in on the action, reaches his hand over the ropes looking for the tag, Riddle complies as he tags in Dunn.
Dunn gets a two and a half count. Quick action back and forth. Finally Riddle and Andrews are in the ring facing off. Stunner by Andrews. Dunn catches a Right Hand across the jaw. Riddle and Dunn with a fury of dominance finally Riddle getting the pin for the win.
Winner: Pete Dunne & Matt Riddle
Mauro Ranallo and Beth Phoenix discuss the events on last Sunday as they recapped the events at NXT UK TakeOver where Undisputed Era come out of nowhere, attacking Walter from behind in the center of the ring as he stands with Imperium.

Tommaso Ciampa In-Ring
Ciampa makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring as his music sounds in the arena. The crowd chants as Ciampa starts speaking, saying Adam Cole is on his hit list. “No more waiting, no more distractions, I am taking back my life.” as he drops the mic. Ciampa fights off the henchmen of Adam Cole. Ciampa refuses to stay down, even as they stomp him into the corner. Johnny Gargana cleans house as he comes to the aid of his friend and former partner Ciampa. An unexpected DIY reunion in the ring as they both Dropkick the last member of Undisputed Era in the ring at the same time.
Kushida & Alex Shelley vs. Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake and Zack Gibson)
As the music sounds in the arena, Kushida and Alex Shelley make their way down the ramp and enter the ring where the arena turns black with blue lights focusing on both members of this tag-team match up. Out next is Grizzled Young Veterans James Drake and Zack Gibson as they make their way into the ring to an awaiting Kushida and Shelley. A stare down between the opponents in this match-up as they anxiously await the ringing of the bell to begin the bout.
“Alex Shelley! Alex Shelley!” chant begins just as the the bell rings beginning this tag-team match up. Drake protects his partner early on in the bout, which is quickly followed by a tag. Chops by Alex Shelley to keep control of the match. Both Shelley and Kushida look to one another and at the same time they jump and fly through the air and glide over the ropes to wipe out the Young Veterans on the outside of the ring. Kushida makes the blind tag. Kushida dominating Gibson in-ring before Shelley tags back in. Double Suplex on Gibson and a quick two count.
Drake and Gibson finally taking the upper hand as we go to commercial. Gibson looking to put away Kelley as we come back from commercial. Tag is made and lots of fast paced action as the second half of the match goes on. A Back Elbow by Kushida. Kushida attempts to lock in a submission, Drake counters with a pin attempt. Gibson tags in and tries his hand at taking down Kushida to no avail. Gibson once again tags in Drake, both men in the ring as Kushida takes on both of his opponents alone as Shelley is not in or on the ring yet. Finally Shelley is back in the ring which allows Kushida and Shelley with dynamic tandem as they both land a Crossbody on Drake at the same time.
Kushida attempts to stand strong in this seemingly two on one for the better half of the last part of this match-up. Finally Gibson appears in time for the save, just in time as Shelley and Kushida continue with the fast paced action. Clothesline by Shelley. Gibson knocks Kushida off the top turnbuckle before he’s able to get to his feet for the high flying move. A ticket to the semi-finals as the Grizzled Young Veterans get the upper hand out of nowhere for the final stretch of this match, and getting the win with the Ticket to Mayhem.

After the Match
Kushida and Shelley extend an olive branch as they look to congratulate the Grizzled Young Veterans. Gibson and Drake step back and roll out of the ring. “You are a great tag-team… of the past. We are the future. We are the Grizzled Young Veterans. Soon to be recognized.” They stop to kiss the trophy at the top of the ramp.
The match-up between Lio Rush, Tyler Breeze, and Isaiah “Swerve” Scott coming up next, as we go to commercial.
Angel Garza joins Beth Phoenix and Mauro Ranallo at the broadcaster’s table for the three-way match-up between Breeze, Scott, and Rush.
Tyler Breeze vs. Lio Rush vs. Isaiah “Swerve” Scott
Tyler Breeze is out first as his music sounds in the arena, Breeze makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring wearing his sunglasses and fur covered vest as he jumps up and lays across the top ropes in the corner of the ring. Breeze poses as he awaits his opponents. Out next is Isaiah “Swerve” Scott who like Breeze, makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring, posing in his sunglasses. Last but certainly not least, Lio Rush makes his way to the ring as his music sounds. Rush removes his jacket and throws it to the side of the ring as the bell rings and the match officially begins.
All three men size one another up as they stand in a triangle at the center of the ring. The crowd chanting. Breeze with a kick to the mid-section of Scott, followed by a blow to the head of Rush. Pendulum Back Breaker on Rush by Breeze. Scott taking advantage of the positioning Half Nelson on Rush by Scott. Breeze flipped into the corner by Scott. Fast paced action early on.
Rush attempting to avoid trouble with quick agility by doing cartwheels and flips, not stopping long enough for Breeze to get a hit in. Rush and Breeze take the action ringside as Breeze is collecting himself in-ring. Moonsault on Scott by Rush on the outside of the ring. Breeze with a big boot to the head of Rush as Breeze stands on the apron outside of the ropes. We go to commercial.
Lio Rush is in-ring with Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, quick hits and counters back and forth between the two as Breeze enters the ring once again. Breeze comes in with a big hit on Rush, laying him out in the center of the ring. Breeze gets a pin on Scott, Scott kicks out at two. Breeze and Scott with action in the corner of the ring, Rush jumps in and kicks Breeze out of the ring. Frog Splash off the top rope onto Scott, followed by the pin, Breeze slides in and breaks up the count just in time. All three men make their way back to their feet. Rush with a right hand on Scott, then a right hand on Breeze. Both Breeze and Scott counter with a kick to the mid-section in unison on Rush. Lightening fast movements by Rush with a Spinning Kick and the Final Hour on Breeze, then Rush bounces off the ropes and slams Scott. Breeze makes his way back to his feet. Scott with a creative finish for the pin and the win.

Tommaso Ciampa is being interviewed outside as Johnny Gargana walks up and they discuss DIY’s comeback when out of nowhere Keith Lee comes rushing at the two men.
Women’s #1 Contender Match
Bianca Belair makes her way to the ring as her music sounds in the arena. The American Ninja Warrior Kacy Catanzaro makes a surprise entrance into the match up as she makes her way to the ring next, climbing the ring post to enter the ring. Mercedes Martinez makes her way into the ring next as we go to commercial.
As we come back from commercial, Io Shirai makes her entrance as her music sounds in the arena, strobe lights blinking as she poses on the ropes. Tegan Nox out next, jumping onto the apron, then over the top rope, entering the ring with the rest of the women already awaiting. Shayna Baszler is announced as she slowly struts down the ramp and walks up the stairs, entering the ring where everyone’s gaze turns to Baszler as the bell rings beginning this match up.
This Battle Royale is a massive mayhem of hair and boots as the veterans and the newcomers are all fighting to throw anyone over the ropes. No eliminations yet. Baszler gets the first elimination on MJ Jenkins after manipulating her fingers off the rope as Jenkins held on for dear life. Bianca Belair eliminates Jessie as the second to be removed. High impact offense. Catalina eliminated by Baszler as she is tossed off the top turnbuckle with an awkward landing. Carter is clobbered on the outside of the ropes as she’s standing on the apron, Kayden Carter eliminated as she lands on the floor outside of the ring.
Baszler eliminated followed by Vanessa Bourne. Shotzi Blackheart lands hard on the outside. The crowd of women in the ring begins to thin out. Casey Catanzaro trying desperately to stay in the ring. Bianca Belair almost eliminated, to no avail. Catanzaro is out. Candace Lerae has been eliminated by Bianca Belair.
Martinez and Baszler stare into each other’s eyes and begin throwing elbows in the center of the ring, both dropping to one knee. Back and forth and finally a fury of blows and a big chop on Baszler. Martinez holding onto the top rope, wrapping her legs around the head of Baszler. Baszler holds on and Martinez is flipped out. The final four being Baszler, Shirai, Belair, and Knox.
Tegan Nox looking to make a remarkable return as she gets a Running Senton on each woman in the ring as they are laid out in each corner. Belair flips over the top rope, but doesn’t hit the floor. Belair Spears Baszler as she goes for Nox. Baszler over the top, landing on the apron and doesn’t fall to the floor. Knox still dominating the entire ring. Nox goes for the top turnbuckle, out of nowhere Dakota grabs her off the ropes taking Nox out of the match and Dakota throws the knee brace at the face of Nox.
Shirai almost eliminated as Baszler is eliminated by Shotzi, who was never actually knocked out. Last two in the ring as the fierce fight starts between the two. Shirai being flipped and then almost thrown over the ropes, she gets underhooks on the top ropes. Belair slammed into the second turnbuckle by Shirai. Belair sitting on the top turnbuckle, Shirai climbs to the second as the two women are exchanging blows. Belair on the apron on the outside of the ropes. Belair grabs the top rope and pulls it down almost eliminating Shirai. Both woman now standing on the outside of the ropes on the apron. Belair is caught as Shirai stands on her long ponytail. Belair pulls hard on her hair, dropping Shirai to the mat. Both women on their knees exchanging elbows as the crowd cheers for each blow. Dropkick by Shirai, a Spear by Belair for the counter.
Winner: Bianca Belair
