As noted, going into last night’s RAW it was speculated that Stephanie McMahon’s announcement would have something to do with the introduction of WWE Women’s Tag-Team Championships.
While that was not mentioned during the announcement, which was for the first all-women’s pay-per-view event, WWE Evolution, Stephanie was asked by the folks at Sky Sports about whether or not WWE will be adding Women’s Tag-Team Titles at the PPV.
“Not quite yet but that’s absolutely something we’ve heard loud and clear from our fan base and it’s something we’re keen on implementing as soon as we are able to,” said Stephanie.
