Le Phocéen reports that ex-PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique has been in discussions for several weeks with the Marseille board about taking up a similar position, with the news coming a day after OM announced the departure of Andoni Zubizaretta.

The outlet claims that current manager André Villas-Boas, who had conditioned his future on that of the now departed Spanish football operator, is understood to appreciate the work of the ex-FC Porto chief between 2005 and 2016.

The local media reports that OM have also made contact with Luis Campos, but expect the Lille man to outright reject the advances, as well as Daniel Van Buyten, who is currently running his own football agency.
