Fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi has been accused of defrauding the Punjab National Bank of nearly $2 billion and was seen enjoying a good walk on the streets of London. As per the video released by The Telegraph, UK– Modi was seen wearing his Ostrich Hide jacket that costs a whopping Rs 9 lakh.

It seems seizing his assets worth millions has done little to make him live a sober lifestyle. The refugee before the infamous PNB scam was known for his precious art collection that he would often show-off while posing for photographs. However, his envious art collection will now be sold at an auction on March 26, Times of India reports.
