Night one of Wrestle Kingdom 14 is in the books, and we have four brand new champions heading into an unprecedented second night of action at the world famous Tokyo Dome.

One man with a lot to celebrate is Los Ingobernables de Japon leader Tetsuya Naito, who defeated “Switchblade” Jay White second from the top of the card, becoming a five-time IWGP Intercontinental Champion.

While this is certainly a major victory in its own right, the bigger prize may come on night two as the “Double Gold Dash” continues. With Kazuchika Okada successfully defending the IWGP Heavyweight title against Kota Ibushi in the Tokyo Dome main event, night two will see Okada and Naito renew their classic rivalry in a winner-take-all situation years in the making.
